These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and 81bd ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online casino and sports betting services available at 81bd.pro. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held in the account will be forfeited pending investigation.

Clause 1.2

Geographic Eligibility

The 81bd platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 81bd is lawful in your jurisdiction. 81bd makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 81bd accepts no liability arising from such access.

Clause 2.1

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on 81bd. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered with false information, or accounts created to circumvent a previous suspension are strictly prohibited. If 81bd identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 81bd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Account Security

Accepted Payment Methods

81bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to availability. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits funded through methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may trigger a compliance review.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods on 81bd is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. 81bd employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. If fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with financial institutions or law enforcement agencies as required.

Clause 4.1

Bonus Eligibility & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by 81bd — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL — are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players who abuse the bonus system through multiple account creation, bet hedging, or coordinated play will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on 81bd are time-limited. Unless otherwise stated in the individual bonus offer, bonuses and any associated free spins must be used within 7 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonuses expire automatically. 81bd will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstance. Prohibited Player Categories

Prohibited Activities

Clause 7.1

Ownership of Platform Content

Exclusion of Warranties

Clause 10.2

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your 81bd account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing. 81bd reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, inactive for 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
